  • You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Software, Updates, and Activation Exclusions

Please note the following strict exceptions regarding diagnostic software:

  • Digital Downloads & Software Activations: Any digital products, software licenses, or subscription renewals that have been downloaded, emailed, or activated are non-refundable.

  • Activated Hardware: Hardware devices (such as scanners or interfaces) that require registration or digital activation via an app or account cannot be returned once they have been registered or activated by the user.

3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned package. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
